RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We accept refunds and but unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order on the tennerstore.com website, returning the original item for a refund.
REFUND POLICY AND PROCEDURES
All goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery provided they have a RAN (Returns Authorization Number).

The Returns Authorization Number should be written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, pierced jewelry, lingerie or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. This may not apply if your item is faulty or the product is of unsatisfactory quality. Shoes must be tried on indoors to ensure that if returned , they are of good condition.
Please include the original invoice sent to you along with reason why the goods have been returned. In the case of a defective item, please in addition provide a full description of the fault.

Please note we cannot accept parcels back into our warehouse without the RAN number clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.
For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service that will offer proof of delivery. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received back by Tenner Store.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU). Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Delivery costs are not refunded unless the goods are found to be faulty.
